If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes your original shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, in the unlikely event your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best return solution.

Packages ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

  • Orders up to $124.99 = $9.95
  • Orders of $125 or more = FREE*

* Contiguous United States only. Your entire order must ship to the same address. Certain products excluded as noted in their descriptions. 

 

NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. SHIPPING  (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Packages ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery time includes warehouse processing and shipping transit time. Delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed. Packages ship from Northampton, Pennsylvania.

We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the US. Try Amazon.com instead.

IMPORTANT STORE POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly.

  • Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.

  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying product quantities requested before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund.

  • Customers have 45 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.

  • If a package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, we will not reship it to the same address.

  • Only 1 promo/coupon code may be used at a time.

  • Promo codes cannot be used to buy gift certificates.

  • All products are sold while supplies last only.

  • Products available for pre-order should not be ordered with other in-stock products. Place separate orders to receive in-stock products immediately. In-stock products may no longer be available when a pre-ordered item is ready to ship out in the future.
