• Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly.

Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the product they want, verifying the product quantity is correct, and recognizing there will be a shipping charge before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund.

Customers have 30 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.
