Opened but unused items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition.

Gently used items may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Products must be returned with all components and packaging.

Heavily used, damaged due to use, or altered items are not eligible for a refund unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

For any questions about whether your item qualifies, please email us at store@almanac.com before returning it — in many cases we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return.
IMPORTANT STORE POLICIES & INFORMATION
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly.
• Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.
• Customers are solely responsible for selecting the product they want, verifying the product quantity is correct, and recognizing there will be a shipping charge before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund.
