Comfort Curry

Inspired by South Indian style curries, this deeply aromatic yellow curry spice is blended from gorgeous Sri Lankan turmeric along with mace, nigella and white pepper. A mild curry, you can easily add cayenne to ramp up the heat. Great for classic curried chickpeas, daal, potatoes, or try in egg salad.
