Ben's Pure Maple Cream

Maple cream is 100% pure maple syrup, nothing else! It is turned into a spread by cooking it to a very specific temperature and churning it multiple times to create a creamy and spreadable texture.

Maple cream is made with Ben's Sugar Shack's Golden Delicate Maple syrup, giving it a sweet/mild taste that is also complex and slightly caramelized. It is phenomenal with any meal, savory or sweet. Use it as a glaze for meats and salmon.
