I just received my order from your company earlier today.
I really liked the items and plan to order some more soon.
What I am about to share is no complaint. It's a concern.
Back on 6/27/2025- I've called the toll free number , hoping to speak to someone in placing an order by phone.
For being there was no one available. I've left a message. And end up placing an order online (with assistance from Microsoft Disability Answer Desk); using screen sharing called "Quick Assist".
What I like to ask, is there hours of operations for customer service ? Please shed some light on this, if you can? Thanks.
I am looking forward in ordering items from your company again soon.
