These suncatchers were hand-pressed from recycled glass using a centuries-old technique by the Old Hancock Glassworks, located in the historic glass-making region of southern New Hampshire. Each piece has a unique character not found in machine-made glass.

It is wonderful. I bought it as a gift and the recipient adored it. However, my on,y complaint is that it did not come with any indenturing information stating that it was Old Hancock glass and it didn’t provide any information about the maker. That’s a shame as there is a wonderful story behind the making of Old Hancock suncatchers and the artist deserves recognition for his craft.
