These sun catchers were hand pressed from recycled glass using a centuries old technique by the Old Hancock Glassworks, which is located in a historic glass making region of southern New Hampshire. Each piece has a unique character not found in machine made glass.

I have sent more than 5 emails and made at least 6 calls regarding my order.
No attempt at contacting me has occurred.
I have spent $100 only to have improper packaging ruin my items and zero Customer Care who could support my issue. The small foam protectors were not taped shut so my suncatchers came out and shattered during the shipping process.
The New England Store does NOT HAVE a customer service phone line and they do not respond to emails. I have broken glass only. Their number will send you to “Yankee Products.” They will hoist you off to “The Almanac Store.” I will never shop here again.
