These long cowhide gloves do the trick, They not only protect my hands, as did my other garden gloves, they protect my forearms from further damage over what I had previously experienced.

Fit great, haven't had a chance to use them due to it's wintertime.
My gloves arrived in a timely manner. I ordered small and they fit perfectly. No more thorns tearing my arms or hands. Very comfortable and easy to work with them on.
They are really nice to wear when getting rid of buckthorn. Having the length that goes almost to my elbows stops the thorns from puncturing my skin. The gloves are well made and I will probably buy another pair.
