Join Chris Burnett, the Almanac’s Associate Digital Editor, as he sits down with special guest Jo Ellen Meyers Sharp, an Advanced Master Gardener and co-teacher of the City Gardener Program with Purdue-Marion County Extension in Indiana, to discuss fall gardening essentials and what you can do now to extend your gardening season.

  • Pruning and caring for perennial flowers and shrubs in fall
  • Keeping your garden pollinator friendly—even in the dead of winter!
  • Planting bulbs for spring blooms
