I made the Pesto, Tomato and Zucchini pizza last night. It was amazing, I had to hold back from eating it all myself ;-) I had an orange pepper in the crisper so I added that while I was sauteing the zucchini. I think this is a good recipe to use up appropriate veggies you have in the fridge. I can't wait to make this again, especially since we're heading into zucchini harvest season (and who doesn't have too many of these in the garden - share them with friends and give them this recipe!)

We love pumpkin here and those burgers sound mouthwatering right now. Would you mind sharing that recipe? I would love to try it. Sounds like it might be a keeper recipe here as well. Thanks, Sarah

    The Farmer's Almanac

The Farmer's Almanac cookbooks are the best ones in my cookbook collection because I know I can count on every recipe to be delicious. We recently tried the southwestern pumpkin burgers from the Comfort Food cookbook and they were a hit with my family of picky vegetarians. The pumpkin combined with the spices worked really well and satisfied our craving for burgers.
